1. One thing I simply do not understand is that free wifi access is limited to the lobby, with wifi in the rooms costing an additional $13 per day.

2. It cost a small fortune to park in their parking lot, and quite frankly I think parking should always be FREE in a hotel, especially a hotel that isn't cheap for an overnight stay to begin with.
