1. This is a great location because it's a nice walk everywhere and a short cab ($10 or so) to every great neighborhood I needed to visit.

5. In general, I really wish that I had stayed at the Marriott Wardman Park for the rest of my trip - much better neighborhood, convenient to the metro station and restaurants/clubs at Adam's-Morgan.

7. There was nothing much in the way of view, but this is general for anywhere in the hotel, as it is situated in what would almost be considered a residential neighborhood.
