1. Yes, the carpet in my room could use replacing and the fixtures are older etc, but my bathroom was clean, bed was neat and clean and that's all I could ask for really.

5. They were not at all ultra-luxurious as you'd find in the Conrad or a Four Seasons hotel, but they had upscale bed linens and bath towels, and were consistent with the amenities/furnishings of a 4 star hotel.
