1. THE SERVICE AT THE FRONT DESK WAS OUTSTANDING, WE HAD SOME ISSUES WITH OUR FLIGHT BEING DELAYED 13 HOURS AND THE FRONT DESK HELPED US WITH STORING OUR LUGGAGE FOR THE DAY, FINDING US A PARKING SPOT FOR FREE, AND JUST ALL AROUND VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL.
