4. Very friendly staff and very clean areas and bedrooms.

5. Low side; the cleaning staff didn't make it to my room, had to ask for towels, closet door didn't open all the way and it blocked the room door, no continental breakfast, hair-dryer was broken and not much in the area unless you're going to the convention center.
