But there was one young woman who checked us in that we had to deal with a couple of times who: waited until her private conversation was over before she helped me, didn't do the room key right and I had to return to the front desk to make it work, was unsure how to

charge
additional for parking in the lot outside the hotel, and you have to get a pass which worked poorly while we were there.
