3. The ocean view was exceptional, the trade winds kept our 3rd floor room nice and cool, and the balcony was shaded in the late afternoon making it a perfect place to relax after sightseeing all day.

6. If you go on vacations to watch tv while the ocean swells in the background and need air conditioning vs enjoying the natural cool breeze from the open windows, then no, Lae Nani is not probably a good fit for you.

Had a wonderful oceanfront room - I was concerned about the property due to some reviews that I had read - The unit was a bit out dated with their decorations but overall the unit was great (Unit 332) - It was clean, had alot of kitchen utensils and they had everything we needed - We woke up to beautiful sunrises and enjoyed being by the ocean - But as with any of these time shares, each room is different - We truly enjoyed staying there and would stay there again.
