Hotel is old which is probably why rooms can get clean or look clean, maintenance of walls &
ceiling
needed drastically.

Our room was so bad, the
ceiling
was leaking, the bed was lumpy, and the carpet was old and filthy.

Yes, the hotel is old- (the
ceiling
fans most noticeably in our room), but you really won't find a hotel closer to the ocean.
"You're practically in the ocean! "
