1. It feels like you are staying in a Motel 8 that has not been renovated yet, many signs of wear in the hotel, the front desk staff was helpful, but the male manager was very very rude and spent most of the time looking at his phone instead of helping me.

2. The lobby area is high volume and showing obvious signs; half of the rooms have a view of satellite dishes on the roof; in warm weather, the AC cannot keep up; the front desk is mostly non responsive and the food is very lackluster.

4. The front desk said that all the hotels in the area were affected, but on the shuttle ride to the airport we found out (the shuttle is shared with other hotels) that we were the only hotel with no hot water.
