1. Everything is within walking distance including Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theatre, El Capitan Theatre, and the Hollywood Sign.

2. The location was great for the nearby attractions like Kodak theatre, walk of fame, madame tusauds, tour/shuttle buses to universal, etc. Just dont walk more than a block away from here as it gets noticibly dirtier and abit seedy.
