2. We called back and they told us that the maid who cleaned our room had suddenly left for Cuba (for family issues).

3. I spoke with 3 different people on the phone over several hours and although all 3 promised to call me back after they checked with the manager, housekeeping supervisor and the maid who cleaned our room we still have not been contacted yet and that's been a week.

5. The pajamas were a gift, not an heirloom but just a few hours after we left they could't locate the maid or housekeeping supervisor so one would wonder if the employees are taking things out of the rooms while people are still there.

7. We had a problem with the sink not draining when we arrived (would have thought the maid would have spotted that when she cleaned the room prior to our arrival?) We reported it and someone came to fix it quite quickly.
