3. Stayed 2 nights and was very happy to find such a nice place at a good price (about 130/night, on a weekend in march) The room was clean with comfy beds and comforters, I think that almost all of them have balconies overlooking the pool.

7. I recommend it to anyone needing a Hotel in a very convenient location and having a Ralphs just oposite etc. Nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby, Bus service down Ventura BLVD if no car etc. Reasonable price and friendly that's OK with me.
