1. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed that there was no power to the TV or lights in the room.

5. If you stay on higher floors, hallways are unbelievably hot (apparently it is not airconditioned); room service is horrible (though they gave me my meal free after it arrived an hour after the designated time.

6. We had made reservations at the restrauant at the hotel and when we arrived for our reservation my husband had to track down the hostess, then our waitress was not very accomodating.

10. Even though I confirmed a late arrival and confirmed a 2-bed room, when we arrived they did not have the proper room for us and had to give us a king with a roll-out bed.
