traveled to Cincinnati/Kentucky area during inclement weather; overall the stay was okay; there were two issues, the
front desk
clerk did not know the hotel have a hotel directive/information booklet that gave info re the area and the hotel; also only one restaurant open in the hotel so did not have a choice of where to eat since I was confined to the hotel due to weather.
