1. Someone at 3AM woke me up, when they went to slide the express checkout envelope under the door, whoever it was, was defiantly running and I assume accidentally ran into our door making a loud noise at 3 AM, before sliding the envelope under the door.

2. At the time we stayed, the hotel lobby was undergoing renovations so there was a bit of disorder around the checkout area, but the staff was friendly and polite, and there were luggage carts available for us to take our bags to our room.
