1. Movies were insanely expensive ($12-$15 per movie to watch a movie in room)The Shuttle service was great though, a friendly driver came and picked us up and drove us to a local restaurant we wanted to go to, and came and picked us back up.

7. Shuttle not only picked us up at the hotel but also takes you to any restaurant within a mile -- very convenient and pleasant service.

10. Alaska Airlines put me up here because my flight was overbooked but I can say that I generally have had good experiences with the HIE chain, quality of their rooms and the service.
