5. Got to the hotel early and was able to check in early, then went to room and checked out everything to make sure all was okay.

6. If you can stomache a 60 degree room [it did eventually heat up with the hot water running and the bathroom door open]; at least the last minute same day book/check-in rate was $* off and $*a night at the University district with free parking is cheap.
