9. We used a coupon an got a special rate, but I would have been glad paying full price for what we got and will definately stay there again if we need to overnight in that area in the future.

10. If you can stomache a 60 degree room [it did eventually heat up with the hot water running and the bathroom door open]; at least the last minute same day book/check-in rate was $* off and $*a night at the University district with free parking is cheap.
