1. Had many issues but THE MANAGER CORRECTED THE PROBLEM ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS.

2. Also - the woman-manager (as it Rachel) was very nice to us and let us stay 2 extra hours allowing us to shower before heading back home after the Chicago Marathon.

3. There was no coffee maker in the room but we were told by a lady at the desk (who I think was the duty manager) that new ones had just arrived and would be put in the rooms shortly.
