1. Check in was fast and easy (it probably helped that my company was footing the bill) and I was escorted to my room by a young lady who was charming and a great ambassador to the hotel.

Very comfy beds, and plenty of big towels, toiletries, etc. What made our stay really special were the people--from the front desk, who gave us an early check in, to the elevator operators (Khady, especially) who couldn`t have been more wonderful, to the concierge, who, when we asked about the times for the Central Park Zoo, made sure we got free tickets to the zoo--and gave us extras when I told him my brother and his wife were joining us.
