The concierge recommended a good deli nearby for us to grab a bite to eat after we arrived, and they even allowed us to
check out
late on the day we departed.

We even called from The Met to say we were running late and needed a late check-out(normal time is 12) and they gave us the option to

whenever we needed.

I would like to thank every one from Hotel 57 I don`t know how they train or motivate there staff from the check in to
check out
they not only looked after our needs but always took that extra stepWe had a very nice room for New York City, but its the care of the people working there that puts this hotel above the rest.
