4. The hotel was stylish if not a little cold in the lobby but the room was lovely perfect for us nice size bath room with a good shower and plenty of towels.

5. The bath is marble lined with clever cubby holes for towels etc. Elite customers have a nice lounge and the breakfast and evening food and beverage items are well prepared and displayed.

10. Housekeeping was very bad--didn't leave extra shampoo like we requested, didn't refill towels, provide fresh drinking glasses, straighten up, etc. However, when we called the housekeeping button on the phone, they were very prompt in bringing us everything we needed.
