1. Just got back from new york after stopping at the Grand Hyatt on 42nd street.

2. For breakfast, head across the street to Pershing Square where they have a great special, or down to the dining concourse of Grand Central Station where you can get cheap healthy food, or not so healthy, whatever you prefer.

7. First the good bits, location is as good as it gets for business in Mid Manhattan, the breakfast is good, and overlooking 42nd street is a good place to eat it.
