5. We had been in Philadelphia the same time period a year before and had a room that was 3 times as large as well as a view for 100 dollars less and it was downtown.

The location is great - so much going on - busy night life, good eating places, young studenty atmosphere (being close to the University) and a great place to do a Dylan pilgrimage - he lived in this hotel back in the day, played in local clubs etc. It is quick and easy to travel by bus downtown to the WTC memorial, Battery Park etc or uptown.
