1. Hotel staff happily greeted us a little before 3 PM, heard at least 3 different languages immediately which confirmed WSH as a European traveler favorite, and ushered us to our comfortable room with a large bath, comfy beds/pillows, free wi-fi, and continental breakfast.

Some colleagues had street facing rooms and they said it was really loud at night (garbage trucks, etc)- Shower curtain was hung too high and stuck to me in the shower - i ended up leaving it open because water got everywhere anyway!- Front desk will give you a nice map if you ask- Nice beds (queen is biggest), with pillow top mattressesIf you are looking for luxury and roomy, keep looking, but if the location suits you and you are looking for a safe, comfortable place, this may be it.
