6. Room service charges were quite hefty and there was no coffee pot in the room, but they do serve complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning so that wasn't too much of an issue.

From the doormen and front desk people, to the 'extras' fresh coffee and tea in the lobby, lemonade on ice available after a long day of walking, robes, complimentary room bottled water, free wi-fi, awesome room and soaking tub and shower, the location was also perfect- we walked to almost everything and what we couldn't walk to , the CTA was convenient to the hotel.

8. There were extra touches everywhere: robes and slippers to wear, a bose stereo system, turndown service, and even a complimentary 'pillow menu' where you could order different kids of aromatherapy pillows, or pillows for special needs such as allergies, etc. The bed was extremely comfortable.

9. Not really much to add to the title really, everything you could want from a hotel from a warm welcome to a great room, nice bar food, everything very clean, complimentary tea and coffee in a morning, just all wonderful.
