1. The reception/lobby folks were great - called me to let me know my room was ready, gave good advice in general.

2. Room service charges were quite hefty and there was no coffee pot in the room, but they do serve complimentary coffee in the lobby every morning so that wasn't too much of an issue.

From the doormen and front desk people, to the 'extras' fresh coffee and tea in the lobby, lemonade on ice available after a long day of walking, robes, complimentary room bottled water, free wi-fi, awesome room and soaking tub and shower, the location was also perfect- we walked to almost everything and what we couldn't walk to , the CTA was convenient to the hotel.
