1. We had a hard time finding the place and when we walked into the lobby we thought it looked alright.

2. TV's don't work except the one in the lobby, Insufficient bedding (ask for extra towels and blankets and they will be provided) and rather uncomfortable sagging beds with thin and sagging mattresses.

3. So in the end we only stayed for 4 nights here [so the lift broke down at least 3 times in 4 days!]The lobby is the only thing thats pictured on the website i think & i'm not suprised why - it gives a very false impression to what it is really like.

4. I would only stay at this hotel if you had to be in New York itself because you pay for parking the internet is $10.00 a day to use wifi or not and if you want to use the wifi its sitting on uncomfortable chairs in the lobby not yr room.
