3. The towels we got at reception and left them in our room once done our room never goscred for my belongings The staff were rude and werent helpful although one of the t cleaned once , thank god cause i thought i would of been robbed of my stuff.

4. We understood it would be shared facilities but the cleaners didnt clean very well they had small buckets for bins with sanutary towels and stuff sticking out them , the floor was soaking and fillthy.

5. TV's don't work except the one in the lobby, Insufficient bedding (ask for extra towels and blankets and they will be provided) and rather uncomfortable sagging beds with thin and sagging mattresses.
