5. The hotel is very well located on Divisadero in the Lower Haight/NOPA/Alamo Sq area of the City--good watering holes, restaurants (excellent apps and pizza at Ragazza and Jay's Cheesesteak is the perfect spot for tasty late-night grub ), record stores, neighborhood boutiques all around, a great area to explore and much more interesting and vibrant IMO than Union Sq West were we usually stay for a night out in the City.
