1. It's 3 in the morning, at least 8 hours prior to checkout, when your bill is typically paid, and they slip a sheet of paper under our door that show a balance of $00.00 for both nights.

6. There was a mix up in the billing, (they billed my son's credit card instead of mine) but one quick phone call and they cheerfully and quickly rectified the problem.
