1. We were there for 4 days 3 nights for Blizzcon, Oct 21-24 All I can say is the place works nice, smooth lobby , easy parking, great location, great maids, clean place, great shower even with 5 showers in a row over 55 minutes.

2. One of my friends had to get something shipped to the hotel and he was able to pick up his item with minimal hassle and the maid staff did a nice job with the room.
