1. The front desk refunded our $1.25 for the dryer and sent us to their sister property, the Portefino, in the same parking lot, where we were able to dry our clothes.

2. We called and cancelled two nights of our stay weeks ahead of time and were assured that the two nights would be refunded to us in ten business days max.

3. When we checked out I was told they would email my receipt, didn't get 1, but my visa was charged $42 too much, called, they only refunded $34.50.
