If doubts, think about the fact that their
front desk
is a strong indicator of how dirty the rooms are, and the
front desk
is CLEAN in comparison.

The FAT lady at the
front desk
and her equally FAT daughter work at the
front desk
, complaining about doing their jobs and lie to you about them not having any towels when room service 'forgets' to bring them.

There were people hovered over the
front desk
, there were people who were told to take a seat when their confirmations were not honored, and there were some really annoyed people who were told that they have to pay again even though they paid online and had reservation confirmation numbers.

Every day we had to tell our story to the
front desk
person as to why we need the master key and they treated us as common criminals.

Even if we went back the following day to the
front desk
and there was at least a person from the night before who knew our situation, they still made us repeat our situation without the person from the night before stepping in and explaining.

I checked with the
front desk
to inquire about extending our stay and learned that we were only booked for 3 days, not 4 as originally planned.
