1. If doubts, think about the fact that their front desk is a strong indicator of how dirty the rooms are, and the front desk is CLEAN in comparison.

5. There were people hovered over the front desk, there were people who were told to take a seat when their confirmations were not honored, and there were some really annoyed people who were told that they have to pay again even though they paid online and had reservation confirmation numbers.

6. Then she offered a room without functioning locks and told us that we had to come to the front desk and get someone to let us in as the master key is the only key that worked.
