1. The room was dirty asked for linens and got them 3 days later, when the maid did finally come to 'clean' my room, she went in the bathroom, rinsed sink and bath and left.

2. The staff is all hispanic and the housekeepers and the repair man appear to be illegals working there for probably 5 bucks an hour as they speak no English and I even heard a lady say that the maids ramble through your things when you are not there.
