4. Marco, the original front desk attendant, stated in a slightly smarmy tone that we had to do nothing because the room was officially ours for the whole reservation since the Ritz would not be refunding any money.

7. I had a great time there, I would recommend anyone to stay at the club, its worth it for your money, everytime that Im in Denver , this is the only hotel that I am planning to stay in.
