1. Valet service was always courteous and helpful (giving directions, offering cold water, baggage assistance, holding doors, etc) - it was a pleasure to come back to the hotel and in and out privileges are included with valet.

2. Check in was a breeze, valet was $28 a day (dislike) but the valet staff was very friendly and more than willing to help out with directions and so forth.

4. Everyone was so nice, from the valet who retrieved my left behind cell phone from the car, to the concierge who almost had to help me print my boarding pass due to user error :)Would recommend ordering the bison burger and the sauteed mushrooms.
