7. Judging by the fenced parking area and the gated entry/exit, it may not be in the best area, but we didn't have any problems.

8. The Bad: Tiny room, toilet seat cover fell off toilet on first night, paint peeling in bathroom, sink area too tiny for travel case to rest on, neighborhood slightly shady and parking not really secure, shower prone to bursts of really hot water.
