1. The Bad: Tiny room, toilet seat cover fell off toilet on first night, paint peeling in bathroom, sink area too tiny for travel case to rest on, neighborhood slightly shady and parking not really secure, shower prone to bursts of really hot water.

4. They said they had a large crowd (baseball tournament) who got their showers at the same time (isn't that what a hotel is supposed to provide?!).
