2. The beds are ok (no Westin Heavenly bed) Other than that, it is great hotel for the money, The staff is very nice and has a lot of little extras like a good bar and nice outdoor fire pit area for late night drinks.

3. Not only would they NOT reschedule, but the WOULD NOT refund my money either, saying 'you made the reservation during a 'sale promotion', and if you don't use that reservation before the sales promotion is over, we can't rebook or refund your money.
