3. 'In addition to enduring the trama of burying two family members within months of each other, I had to put up with the fact that the Holiday Inn Select in Cherry Creek would not refund my $200.00, or let me change my reservation to a later time period.

4. Not only would they NOT reschedule, but the WOULD NOT refund my money either, saying 'you made the reservation during a 'sale promotion', and if you don't use that reservation before the sales promotion is over, we can't rebook or refund your money.
