1. The location is about 15mins walk from downtown and the area surrounding the hotel is decent enough with two excellent bars across the road.

2. While Colfax a bit rough, there are cool bars across the street and good restaurants close by, and I never felt unsafe and I walked around twice late at night.

3. Walked the neighborhood,,some of the side neighborhoods are nice, Colfax is somewhat sketchy, Walking west and south there are nice restraunts and bars.

9. There is an alley way right behind the hotel, where some questionable individuals were just hanging out, as well as businesses with barred windows surrounding it.
