1. Check in earlier than 2pm and you are charged a fee but being Thanksgiving weekend and very quiet the receptionist waived it which was appreciated.

2. However, I did CANCEL my reservation to stay here AND gladly accepted the late cancellation fee, because it is located in a 'not so good' area of town.
