5. LOCATION: an easy drive to a very cool playground (Skinner Butte Park), to duck watching and children's museum at Alton Baker Park, and to Fifth Street Market (which has great toy store).

9. Would recommend if you're looking for a good value, clean motel room that is conveniently located--it is a bit old fashioned, but that is what a good 'mom & pop' motel offers--the Broadway and its staff do this without sacrificing quality.
