2. After doing some research, we figured from the reviews that there would be a 50/50 shot that this place wouldn't be so bad so we decided to keep an open mind and stay here due to the reasonable rates (we were not looking for a 4/5 star resort.

3. Now based on not wanting sleep on the floor and just as bad not wanting to sleep in the bed, I got hotwire to issue a refund and I booked into the Holiday Inn just down the road.
