1. Water Activties: Again, I do not think this is part of the hotel, but the staff who runs the water activties (jet skies, boats, ect) are rude, disrespectful, shop around you`ll find a better deal than this one.

5. We couldn`t sleep with the window open because we were afraid what may lurk outside, and keeping the window closed was no better because there was also the fear of what was lurking inside.
