1. I'll still rate it 4 stars (5 stars before the renovation) and am tempted to give it 2 stars because of the impossible-to-use-technology.

2. The best news is that the gardens are as beautiful as ever and the new decor is very tasteful and to a very high standard (as one would expect given the room rates).
