Service is icey cold; we prepaid for executive kings but they gave them away by the time we checked in (at around 7pm so it wasn't that late) and didn't blink an eye when putting us in a room with double beds; no apologies from the staff or even an offer to any of us for a discount or comfort amenities - apparently it was our problem or so it was meant for us to feel that way.

3. Room needs repair (example: board covering a/c unit housing hanging an inch off wall), rug was dirty and stained, furniture was cheap, bathroom amenities, especially the soap and towels, were cheap.

4. Located in the middle of Little Tokyo, the hotel has valet parking for a very reasonable rate, super friendly staff, top of the line amenities in the bathroom, state of the art toilet!, best bed ever found in a hotel, will stay there again and again.
