1. I regularly travel to asia and for this trip we didnt bring any slippers thinking that it will be provided by the hotel, we were wrong, but at least the carpets are clean, nice to walk barefoot in and without any yucky stains.

4. now it's teeming with cool boutiques, bars, delicious food, and is just a vibrant, cool place to hang out, everything within walking distance, and should eventually turn into more of a walking/strolling area without being a spectacle like Citywalk, etc. besides Japanese food, there is a german currywurst bierhaus, senor fish tacos, falafel, yogurt shops, etc..

7. The hotel is a five minute walk to the Little Tokyo Metro station which really helped with that situation.

9. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the bottled water available in the room was affordably priced, the bed was comfy, the hotel is close to mass transit, the food located around the hotel was FABULOUS (there's a Pinkberry within walking distance).
