1. There is a small neighborhood with free street parking, but wasn't sure if it was safe to park overnight.

6. I was traveling with a colleague for business-- and when the company is paying, I usually stay at the Intercontinental (just up the street), but with 2 people, 2 cars to park, and a weeklong stay, having the HIX experience seemed to be better all around.

7. What we did not like:- parking costs $10 (including valet service) per day- the dock to recharge iPod/iPhone was broken, couldn't insert my iPod in it- breakfast room is very small and vending machines has little choices.
